Here’s some important travel information which will help you plan your trip and figure out the simplest way to travel to Mexico City.
There are many options for transportation to and from the Mexico City airport including taxi service, metro station, car rentals, hotel shuttles and private limousine services. Whichever service you choose you can feel confident in the quality and professional service offered.
Taxi Service: Inside the Mexico City airport you’ll find taxi booths near the exit of the airport offering transportation to any destination inside the Mexico City area for a reasonable price. All you need to do is go to anyone of these booths and purchase a ticket which you will then show at the taxi line in order to receive your taxi.
Metro Service: The metro station is within easy walking distance from the baggage claim and is a feasible route to the downtown area. You can access the metro station from inside the airport called Terminalaerea which is located on line 5.
